Was really good, bed was comfy, room was clean and it was immensely quiet. We only paid £50 for the night so it was well worth the money!

The hotel staff were very friendly, the restaurant did lovely food but unfortunately the room we stayed in stank of damp and was a bit dirty there were damp spores in the tiles and there was somebody's gum on the TV remote control 🤢 maybe the room hadn't been cleaned in a while idk, i think the problem is that their windows don't open so ventilation is an issue but it was quite pungent. The first and second floor of the hotel also smelt heavily of weed and at one point the smell came in to my bathroom so idk if someone was smoking joints next to me and it travelled through the air vent maybe? 🤔, you wouldn't think in this day and age they'd allow people to be smoking drugs in a hotel where people's kids stay but that's how it is i guess lol that being said the bed and the sofa bed were comfy, the breakfast was okay and it was quiet.

Wonderful staff and the usual rooms. The Beefeater has a reduced menu but the food quality is good.

Great stay as always. Clean room, plenty of parking spaces and very attentive staff. We stay in Dartford Premier Inn every week and they never disappoint. Thank you for your hard work

Everything was great for us. It's our second stay here in Premier Plus rooms, this time for four nights. The room was very clean and well equipped. The staff we came into contact with were extremely pleasant, especially a lady who has worked there for around 15 years. The location suited us well as it's very close to the Dartford crossing and we were visiting family in Essex as well as in Kent.

Very bad hotel, I won’t recommend, very poor service, specially rooms are so dirty and smelly, disgusting,not at all clean. Compare to other premier inn hotels this is very bad. Seriously service was rubbish. Staff’s are not at all friendly, too slow.waited more than 20mins for checkin. Also we tried to call from our room they never answered. We came to record check they are so busy chatting with each others. Poor, Rude service .

This hotel is only a few minutes from the southern end of the M25/A282 Dartford Crossing. However, the hotel shares its post code with a wider area and so, if using a satnav, find the hotel under P.O.I.'s and do not use the post code! Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet and the free wi-fi was perfectly adequate.

Great night’s sleep on a stop off en route to a family funeral. What stood out was the welcoming staff who could not do enough for us.

Do you remember the ads where Premier Inn was all about the beds? Well, guess what? The mattresses are from that same era! Get to complain at midnight with a severe lower back pain and you are offered twice a disabled room! Meaning that, if your soft mattress doesn’t fit you, you MUST be disabled!

Poor staff attendance meant reduced bar/restaurant service and no breakfast at all. Rooms also smelt like they were drenched in toothpaste and not in a fresh way either.

Hotel needs painting and tidying up outside where there are lots of discarded cigarette butts and packets. Needs a proper seat and a bin for cigarette disposal. Bin outside wasn't emptied. Needs fresh landscaping. Location is terrible as Junction nearby gets clogged up and it can take you 45 minutes to get away from the location. Junction needs a redesign. Lift is still broken. Property seems neglected a bit.

Arrived late at night and check in was quick, friendly and easy. The room itself was spacious and it was good to have a double bed and two singles in the family room. However, the bathroom was not sanitary. There were wet, used towels all over the floor from the previous occupants. We were unable to move rooms as our children needed to get straight to sleep but we did inform the front desk straight away. Their response was to roll their eyes as if this is a common problem with housekeeping. Also noticed that the lift that was broken in August when I stayed… is still broken despite it being over 2 months later. Unfortunately we won’t be back again when visiting the area.

OK so where to begin firstly loved the room I was in 215 it was really neet and tidy modern and very comfortable but there are 2 minor issues in my experience first of all the dovets are so thick and second the aircon/ventilation was a bit knackered in my room it squeeked like. mad randomly like a bad fan bearing and it jus doesn't get cool enough for me other than that service bang on loved it restaurant was nice too but it's jus that ventilation that irrattes me I couldn't really get comfy but all in all it's a good place to be and if I'm in the area again id return

Walked in the room, immediately hit with a stench of cheese, obviously hadnt been touched since world war 1. Inch thick dust all over the room. Left with stage 4 asthema. Floor gave me trench food and dont even get me started on the food. The eggs were liquid. My wife shaniqua wouldnt even touch them and shes on a seefood diet - when she sees food she eats it.(not impressed).

Got moved here from Sevenoaks/Maidstone after they said there was an issue with my room. Plenty of parking and within a convenient distance to Brands Hatch.

I can't express how grateful I am for the Dartford Premier Inn during a challenging time in my life (15th August - 20th September). After having to leave my apartment due to a fire in the building, I found myself staying at this hotel for two weeks originally, then after spending a week at another hotel closer to home, I realized just how much I missed the Dartford Premier Inn and its wonderful staff and returned for another two weeks. It quickly became my home away from home. As someone with Autism and Mental Health issues I struggle with unpredictability and change within my routine and schedule. I’m also extremely shy at times. The staff here are simply amazing! Their warm welcome and genuine care made all the difference. When I had an issue with the TV remote, they were quick to help, trying to fix it right away. When that didn’t work, they promptly assisted me in moving to another room without any fuss. Their support truly eased my worries and anxieties during a stressful period. The cleanliness of my room was impeccable, thanks to the diligent cleaners who clearly take pride in their work. I also loved having four pillows on my bed—such a nice touch for a comfortable nights sleep! What stood out the most was how every staff member greeted me with a smile and a friendly "hello." It really created a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay, that made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you, Dartford Premier Inn, for an amazing experience and for being such a comforting place during this moment of time in my life.
